E-Verify Outage for US Passports

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has asked us to provide the following announcements:

E-Verify is currently experiencing technical difficulty with US Passport information preventing the record from being submitted. An error message will appear after submitting the record and E-Verify is currently working on resolving this technical difficulty at their earliest convenience. E-Verify has advised our clients to submit any I-9 Forms and/or E-Verify records containing a US Passport tomorrow morning as E-Verify does not currently have an ETA on resolving this technical difficulty.

In the meantime, the electronic Form I9 is available and working as usual.
